TITLE: eCommerce Product Manager
REPORTS TO: Sr. eCommerce Application Manager
The eCommerce Product Manager will create a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy.
?Create a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy.
?Manage the product backlog and opportunity backlog to consistently innovate and improve the business.
?Lead wireframing and prototyping efforts for browse, search, and transactional experiences for the website.
?Lead usability testing efforts.
?Lead on-site search tools, processes, and optimization efforts. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure search results are optimal and comprehensive.
?Ensure organizational adherence to the Agile product development methodology while maintaining flexibility in priorities to quickly react to business needs.
?Establish the correct metrics for the product area to enable a data-driven product development process, both for identifying product improvement opportunities and measuring against success criteria.
?Manage and execute A/B and Multivariate testing of new features and experiences on the site.
?Perform competitive analysis, market assessments and heuristic evaluations.
?Constantly monitor website conversion rate and on-site metrics to optimize user experience and checkout flow.
?2-4+ years of product management with a focus in web, mobile, or/and digital products.
?2-3+ years of creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
?2-2+ years of product management experience on E-Commerce websites.
?1-2+ years of direct experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) product development environment with a detailed understanding of the role of the Business Owner in the SCRUM methodology.
?1-2+ years of experience leading and organizing sprint planning/grooming, retrospective, and brainstorming/ideation sessions.
?Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
?Experience with multivariate and conversion optimization tools like Adobe Target.
?Familiarity with Oracle ATG Commerce
?Working conditions are standard office environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
