The Corporate Receptionist is the first person to greet all guests as they visit our corporate headquarters.
You will be the de facto Director of First Impressions.
In this role, you will:
Greet visitors and ensure they complete the electronic onsite health screening questionnaire.
Issue visitor's pass after the visitor clears screening questionnaire.
Notify employees who visitor will be meeting.
Use telephone console to receive incoming calls and direct the caller to appropriate department.
Order, maintain, and issue various office supplies.
Schedule future appointments, reserve conference rooms Receive and process incoming and outgoing U.

mail.
Perform various clerical tasks.
If you are interested in applying, you must possess at least a year of receptionist experience, preferably in a corporate environment, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, reliable and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
