Customer Service Account Specialist
Hello, My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Rancho Dominguez, CA (80% REMOTE). Details for the position are as follows:
Contract role of 7 months, possible extensions. Pay range is $23-25/hr. Hybrid schedule -1 day Onsite per week.
Job Description:
Accountable for driving an amazing customer experience through building customer centric partnerships to deliver premier service. Determines services based on knowledge of the business strategy and goals for each customer to respond appropriately to requests for orders, technical support and other services. Develops and maintains pro-active business relationships with customers, internal Key Account Management (KAM) and Sales Representatives. Works collaboratively with internal teams (supply chain, logistics, product management, quality, technical customer support, and sales) to represent the needs of the customer. Manage customer expectations by pro-actively and clearly communicating our commitments to the customer (ie. Delivery dates or problems resolution) and by promptly updating the customer with changes in status. Responsible to understand and adheres to well defined and processes, related work instructions and operational procedures. Recommends process changes to increase efficiency of operations and service to customers.
Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service / order management role(s). Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP/EDI related transactions and issue resolutions is a plus.
