Position Overview:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will use the phone, email and other applications for establishing, building and maintaining long term partnerships with Diamond, and becoming a key retail partner for all associates with assigned accounts.
The ISR will also support the overall sales team and sales management through reporting, Excel spreadsheet management and special projects.
The ISR will utilize CRM software to track and report all activities and communications.
Outside travel may be required for occasional trade show attendance and from time to time on special projects.
Outside travel is expected to be less than 5% of overall time performing the ISR role.
95% of the ISRs time will be at Diamond Mattress in Rancho Dominguez, CA reaching out to our valued retailers using electronic and phone communications.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Servicing smaller sized existing accounts by assisting them with challenges, pricing, merchandising, point of sales, promotions and other interactions with Diamond Mattress.
Comprehensive use of Hubspot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
This includes entering call notes, contact information, communications and planning upcoming events.
Meet specific, assigned goals for contacting account interactions Providing online training as needed to retailers by educating them in using Diamond Mattress University, Diamond Ordering Portal, and providing real time training using webinars Analysis of sales data from Power BI Software and providing merchandising recommendations on new and existing products and accessories based on this analysis Processing point of sale (POP) requests and guiding assigned accounts in what POP should be displayed Clearly communicate challenges to Customer Service Team and Management Manages price lists including adding new products, adjustments, and updates Support of sales team and sales management Reporting to sales management on activities, successes and challenges Special assignments assigned by Sales Manager which may include, but is not limited to:
Prospect management Training assignments using web meetings and Diamond Mattress University (DMU) New lead generation through prospecting, emailing, networking and cold calling New lead qualification of incoming leads to DM External and internal emailing campaigns and communications Online industry and competitive research Ideal Candidate Attributes:
